I've never heard of buffalo dance pudding.  Buffalo dances occurred in the
west and I assume the pudding did as well.  Historically, the Seneca had a
buffalo dance to commemorate and to give thanksgiving for the woodland
buffalo, but there haven't been any in the northeast for quite a long time.
